With the US election completing tomorrow (Eastern Australian time), this podcast from the Harvard Business Review considers some timely reforms to US politics.


The discussion is with world famous economist Professor Michael Porter and Katherine Gehl, a former CEO and the founder of the Institute for Political Innovation.


Gehl and Porter both suggest that a key fix to the US political system would be to institute "ranked choice voting" or as we call it, preferential voting.
